N45GF, 1985 Excellent condition, professionally ,maintained (support will not be an issue since Grob will be in Moriarty NM) TT 795 engine772 standard airworthiness will come with fresh annual and transponder bi-annual check. 242.5'bs per seat, 26 gallons fuel, 105kts cruising at 3-5 gallons/hr, 2750 static rpm/ engine has full power and does not consume oil, variable pitch (climbing-cruising-feathering), and does not overheat (we are in Texas not far from Uvalde).No major incident, flies every week used by cfig.mg for S/L endorsement. Night vfr including instruments panel lights, KingRadio/Vor/ electric directional gyro/ horizon/ electric turn and bank indicator, GArmin 236 Integrated in Panel GPS, Electric Vario, Clock-Chrono, Intercom and external speaker,navigation lights and strobe, and ELT. All AD's complied. Bruce canopy/engine cover. Good set of tires, Great canopy with shock absorber (no issue with wind slamming down the canopy).New Sand Leather interior, and nice instrument panel.Prop recently overhauled and rebladed less than 150 hours.Will provide complementary Self launch endorsement if needed. .
